Terms and Conditions of Sale Trayzilla;

1. Applicability

1.1 These terms and conditions of sale apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries relating to the Trayzilla seed trays of the WANT brand.

1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Offers and Agreements

2.1 All offers are without obligation and subject to availability.

2.2 An agreement is concluded after confirmation of your order by WANT.

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery times are indicated as accurately as possible, but are indicative only. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle you to compensation or cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 Delivery will take place at the address specified by the buyer. The risk for the products passes to the buyer upon delivery.

4. Retention of title

4.1 All delivered Trayzilla seed trays remain the property of WANT until full payment has been made.

4.2 It is not permitted to resell or process the products before ownership has been transferred.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All designs, models and technical knowledge relating to Trayzilla are the property of WANT and protected by intellectual property rights.

5.2 It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce or imitate the Trayzilla seed trays or associated designs in whole or in part without prior written permission from WANT.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (for Consumers)

6.1 As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

6.2 The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Guarantees

7.1 The Trayzilla seed trays meet the usual requirements and standards for normal use.

7.2 Any defects must be reported in writing within 2 months of discovery.

8. Liability

8.1 WANT is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or unskilled use of the Trayzilla seed trays.

8.2 WANT's liability is limited to the invoice amount of the delivered product, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

9.1 These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

9.2 Disputes will initially be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court.
